"Build It Yourself" Blaster Kits require the customer to do complete assembly of the blaster. This typically includes filing holes to get components to fit and filing off print brims/burrs. And as such what you are buying is all of the as-printed parts, and all of the pre-cut hardware needed for assembly.
The ESPER is a Mag-Fed Top-Slide-Prime Homemade Blaster design released as an Open Source Non-Commercial license file set by Captain Slug.

Item does not include a magazine, it is compatible with both Talon and Katana magazine. It is only compatible to half length darts.
